The original British Standard kitchen was made for the company's launch in 2012.

Painted in 'Off Black' and 'Old White' by Farrow & Ball, the kitchen features Iroko worktops, tourmaline ironmongery, a reclaimed sink and a hearty Esse range cooker. As a quirky design feature, the tongue and groove wall panelling has been painted with a 'tidemark' that cuts through a double-stacked, glazed wall cupboard; a perfect place to store colourful earthenware.
