The proposal connects two mezzanine floor workspaces turning them into a one single and larger space with two façades, one of them facing a street with very low traffic and the other one looking towards a big public space between the buildings of the block. Both are glazed façades in their whole length and therefore all the spaces are very bright, with natural light. To enhance the relationship between different spaces, an existing bathroom is demolished allowing the communication of the spaces through both sides of the central serving volume, where we find the new bathroom and the archive. The entrance space has a lower ceiling, and directly relates with the working spaces, the modelling room and the meeting room more private. Glassed divisions are projected in order to get from any spot of the studio the farthest visual limits possible. All the tables and the interior window sills are made of birch plywood. The pavements are made of pine wood and Macael white marble in the bathroom placed in big pieces following the continuity of the marble seams. Two of the studio walls are covered with cork in their whole surface, in order to be able to hang the working materials. The fix furniture has been especially designed for this studio.
