The price quoted by them is huch higher than any reputed builder in Bengaluru, the sales person Shakti clearly stated during the conversation saying that we charge the highest in the whole Bangalore.
The only USP they say they have is to deliver the house end to end constructed, but that the same is done by many other buildings including Vinra construction, buildnext lot other construction companies at a much lesser price.
Me and my brother made an enquiry long back and also had an initial conversation with the sales manager Mr. Shakti who took us through the process of their construction service, I wouldn't say that their prices are lower, but it's reasonable for what they provide. The team also doesn't look jam packed. Looks easy to coordinate.
Good to have a Turnkey company to manage my requirement, looking forward to go with them soon.
I really liked the vibe and feel we were welcomed by the 100Pillars Team. I had some problems finding the swimming pool vendors for my project. They made sure they looked into that matter and helped to solve it faster and started my home construction quickly. Even the Project Engineer Nikhil was very cordial in giving us daily updates and helping with material purchases. Expecting to finish our home successfully by this year-end.
