What an amazing company to work with. Very helpful, I traded my old plotter with a brand new HP Pagewide XL. Not only i save money before this machine made my life way easier.

The AXSA team is knowledgeable, professional, and highly responsive to our large format plotter service needs. We utilize both their maintenance service of our large format printer as well as paper and ink supplies.
This is the best company I have every worked with. Our printer cartridges arrive prior to being needed, they are always willing to help us with any technical issues and RESOLVE them right away. Rachel is the best. She goes out of her way even on her own personal time to get the job done. We are no longer burning resources chasing technical help, a functional machine or replacement cartridges. I highly recommend AXSA!!! They were a game changer for us.
Let me start off by saying Axsa will really work with you to remedy a situation you may not be able to with another company. They want you to be happy. I feel we have a great relationship with their office staff who are wonderfully down to earth people to work with. Service or supplies is never an issue. Luckily we rarely have to call for service on their machines! We have been with them for several years and will continue! Thank you Axsa!
This firm sent me a fake PO which was actually a phishing scam due an apparent virus from their compromised emails. Axsa exposed my business to a great amount of risk. Axsa's response was very similar to their response whenever their printer broke down--pretty much nothing. They did not warn us of what had happened.
Furthermore, my staff complains because almost every time we call the office to service a printer issue, it takes Axsa over a week to respond. We have been without a copier/printer for 1-2 week periods--which is a huge detriment to my business. We normally have to call multiple times in order to get the printer or issue resolved. Customer service is a serious problem at this company.
I'm a small business and wasn't too sure if I could afford color printing, but wanted to be able to offer color to my clients. AXSA told me that leasing is an option, and this way I don't have to pay all-up-front. So now I can offer high quality and colorful media to my clients, and I actually save money each month. If you didn't think you could get color, think again and call AXSA :) Thanks again team!
