The black and white entrance takes on a minimalist feel with original checkered tiles. A slimline console in dark ebony stained timber is centred along the wall and adorned by an oversized mirror. Black contemporary Flos wall lights flank the mirror and a stunning glass pendant constructed of numerous glass lenses provide al feature for the space.

The dual toned dining room was furnished in a minimalist fashion with a large 8-seater oak table and faux leather chairs for practicality and comfort. A bespoke timber and metal console and drinks cabinet was designed to fit comfortably in the recess on either side of the fireplace. Photography by Richard Waite.

The luxurious living room contains large oversized chocolate leather sofas set against a large citrine and chocolate wool rug. The walls are covered with vinyl wall paper to mimic silk in a muted citrine palette and large oil works exquisitely framed are positioned opposite the sofas for pleasurable viewing. Wall lights provide a soft ambient light to the space which, together with the dark timbers and soft patterns, provide a sense of warmth for entertaining.

The brightly coloured and stylish kid’s room opts for an interactive, safe and playful space. The room uses splashes of reds and yellows with swathes of white to offset the glowing colour palette. The contemporary kids room incorporates engaging furnishing ideas to keep the children entertained. An indoor climbing wall has been built onto a background of chalkboard paint with bespoke white shelving hosting a variety of toys and additional storage.
